These are few tips with which you can increase your AdWords CPC:

Increase CTR: In order to increase ad ctr, you need to write clean ads. You should include the Keyword once in your title and once in your body. This can increase your CTR by 2% and lower your cost per click.

Bid on more Keywords: Having a list of 1000 keywords and bidding for those keywords can increase your campaign CTR by up to 0.5%. This will also reduce your AdWords CPC.

Landing Pages: You can setup quality keyword optimized landing pages and bid on those keywords and make this page as your destination page. This can also lower your AdWords cost.
